無負(fù)壓供水設(shè)備的保養(yǎng)責(zé)任

設(shè)備供應(yīng)商除按照國有相關(guān)商品質(zhì)量責(zé)任條款承擔(dān)保修責(zé)任外，還應(yīng)包括提供不少于3的免費維護(hù)保養(yǎng)服務(wù)承諾。免費維護(hù)保養(yǎng)期自設(shè)備驗收合格投入使用起計算。設(shè)備供應(yīng)商與使用人訂立保養(yǎng)服務(wù)合同，并將合同同時提交廣州奧凱環(huán)?？萍加邢薰緜浒?。對設(shè)備提供終身跟蹤，定期保養(yǎng)維修服務(wù)，并將保養(yǎng)維修及回訪內(nèi)容提交威立雅公司備案。第七條本試行管理辦法自下發(fā)之日起行。本文為過渡性管理辦法。在省建設(shè)行政主管部門或省行業(yè)協(xié)會有關(guān)疊壓供水設(shè)備的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)定及管理辦法出臺前，暫時執(zhí)行本辦法。
